It’s been in grandpa’s basement for 50+ years and apparently never been installed. It’s been looked at by a boat shop and they don’t think it’s ever been used either. I can’t verify or deny that either but the bolt holes for mounting don’t show signs of being bolted down, all I did was soap and water for pictures purposes. I can say the moving parts move as they should and I can’t see any reason it wouldn’t work but I can’t really test it mostly because I’m not sure how to test it.
