Some CDs have light surface scratches but we didn't notice any issues during play through. Cases have some scuffing, scratches, cracks, cloudiness, broken "teeth" on the inner hole, broken hinges, sticker residue, stickers, etc.. Inserts have some edge rubbing, rippling, etc..
