This was from an estate sale. The box shows some sign of shelf wear  Minor repair done on plastic part as seen in picture.  The photo show what appears to be glue from a repair that has yellowed over time. The wheels shiow no sign of track use. So It appears that this repair was done to correct a a breakage during handeling or shipping. Otherwise, this Hopper is fully intack and has all factory parts.
