IT IS OUR POLICY TO SELL ALL OF OUR VEHICLES AS / IS NO WARRANTY. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE OR HAVE THE VEHICLE INSPECTED IT MUST BE DONE BEFORE ANY BIDS OR OFFERS ARE MADE.

 There will be an additional $200.00 dealer fee charged to all purchases. No deal is binding until a $500.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is made through PayPal, Zelle, Debit Card or major credit card and all paperwork is signed and returned. Final payment must be made in full within five (5) days of purchase. The final payment must be made in cash, cashiers check, or wire transfer. We do not except PayPal or credit cards for final payment.

We reserve the right to cancel bids/offers from those with excessive or net negative feedback. Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealership. Any vehicle over 10 years old will be sold miles EXEMPT. If the vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of auction close or accepted bid we reserve the right to charge a resonable storage fee. If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid or offer until your funding has been approved. You are responsible for your own financing arrangements so please take care of them before bidding or making an offer. We recommend you do not send payment regular mail, but if you are mailing payment you do so with certified mail such as usps, ups or fedex. This is for your protection as well as ours. 

Shipping and Delivery:

All shipping charges are buyers responsibility. We can help with shipping arrangements but will not be held liable for any damages, mishaps or the length of time it takes for your vehicle to arrive. 

IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION:

If you are a Florida resident you are required to pay Florida sales tax and registration fee / tag and title. If you are not a Florida resident and you are driving this vehicle away from our lot, you may be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you sales tax. If your vehicle is being shipped , YOU WILL NOT NEED TO PAY SALES TAX IN FLORIDA. We will require a shipping company to provide a bill of lading. You will have to pay your state's sales tax and any registation fees in your state.
