Offered here is a used 3-inch tall FROG on lily pad incense burner.  The frog portion is made of a heavier metal (perhaps cast iron) than the base, which seems to be tin.  The frog has detailed modeling, especially the bumps on its back.  The lily pad has delineated veins on the leaf.  This is an older incense burner, dating back to the 1960's.
