This vintage black velvet and satin fascinator hat with netting was  made in the United States during the 1950s-1960s.  This one-size-fits-all hat features a tailored look.  It is made of  of velvet and satin material. The netting has some minor holes and can be easily replaced.  Otherwise the hat is in excellent used condition.
