Original German swimming award plaque dated April 28, 1912.

The plaque commemorates the “Nationales Schwimm-Fest” (National Swimming Festival) organized by the Schöneberger Schwimm-Verein in Berlin. The inscription indicates a First Prize (I. Pr.) awarded in a youth breaststroke relay event.

The bronze plaque is mounted on a polished green-black marble (or serpentine stone) base and features an enameled coat of arms and decorative oak leaf wreath.
