This collection includes many rare, previously unreleased tracks. It features not only fragments but also full-length recordings of treasures whose existence has only recently come to light, including some making their first appearance.

Released approximately four years after his previous album 'BAD', the album 'Dangerous' sold 40 million copies worldwide. Now, the first volume of the latest edited alternate album collection, 'Outrageous "Dangerous"', is here! CD1 contains all previously unreleased tracks from the album as "Original Demos and Rough Mixes". This is an alternate version of the album "Dangerous," reconstructed using pre-completion demos, early outtakes, rough mixes with different lyrics, and original recordings in their raw state before the final arrangements and overdubs were added. CD2 features rare and unreleased tracks, including songs not included on the album, studio outtakes, and demos. Following the masterpiece "Thriller," numerous unreleased tracks remain, including songs recorded around the same time but ultimately shelved, and original versions of songs later revived through re-recording. This 2026 special collector's edition, newly edited, symbolizes Michael Jackson at his peak, featuring collaborations with LL Cool J ("Serious Effect"), Steve Porcaro ("Hallucination"), and recently unearthed new material ("Ghost of Another Lover").
