Honeywell has equipped its PD45 industrial label printer with a minimum of internal mechanical parts and a metal structure. As such, it has a robust, compact and slim appearance and is ideal for various work areas in manufacturing, retail, logistics and healthcare. Create labels at a maximum print speed of 200 mm/sec. at 203 dpi or 100 mm/sec. at 300 dpi.Further equipment of the PD45 includes a powerful 800 MHz Arm Cortex-A7 processor, 128 MB of flash and 128 MB of DDR3 SDRAM. The industrial print head supports both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing modes and can be easily changed and replaced. 

Additionally, Honeywell's patented dual sensor positioning technology supports dynamic positioning, which ensures a minimum label height of 5mm and a vertical positioning accuracy of 0.5mm. Two sets of adjustable pressure bars and dual media guides ensure precise paper feeding and help prevent ribbon wrinkling and print grime. To cover even more application scenarios, the PD45 also features peeling, rewinding and cutting units.
