As shown in the images the muffler stands 3 1/2" away from the mounting surface plain on the exhaust manifold. This measurement is important to ensure the muffler does not contact the hood or the loader if so equipped. 

This sturdy muffler is designed similarly to the original with reinforcements to withstand vibration and cracking not found on lesser priced mufflers. 

The square mounting bolt pattern is spaced 52mm apart center to center. 

The overall length is 40" with the extension.
