This die-cast Lionel blue and silver train car ornament

features front-to-back windows for passenger viewing,

"Observation 2431" is stamped on its sides and the wheels turn. 

 

It's a companion to the 26th in the Lionel Train series,

the 221 New York Central "Empire State Locomotive and

the Lionel 221W New York Central Tender (each sold separately).
