Vintage 1930s Record Monopusher Chronograph 39mm Gents Watch Cal Landeron Hahn 16 (155)

A wonderful extremely rare monopusher chronograph gents watch that requires a service before use as it is not working, their is no tension increasing in the mainspring when wound. The watch is huge for its age measuring 39mm diameter excluding the crown, I believe the movement is the Landeron Hahn 16 (155) hand wound mechanical movement. The watch also looks to have the brand Record on the face though this is extremely faint and hard to make out. The face is missing a subsidiary hand and has age related wear and discolouration, the case has plate wear in places and some tarnishing, the movement also has some tarnishing in places, and I think might be missing one tiny part when comparing photos online. It is fitted to a nylon strap that has age related wear but still has plenty of life left in it

The Landeron 16 was a transitional movement from pocket watch chronographs to wristwatch chronographs hence it's large 35mm diameter

It measures 39mm diameter excluding the crown by 45mm from lug to lug
