SHIPPING:

Most all items are shipped within 24hrs (excluding Sunday).
Items are always safely and securely shipped to ensure they arrive as expected. In some cases, recycled or reused boxes or material may be used. Poly bubble mailers are also used. This helps us to limit you shipping costs and offer quality items without additional charges like handling charges.
To also limit your shipping costs, simple alterations may be made to items to economically ship them (i.e. circular saw blade will be included when specified, but may be separated from tool using the attached allen/hex key to ship in a more economical package; Shoe/guard will be included on reciprocating saws as shown, but may be separated from saw using the attached hex/allen key to ship in a more economical package.)

BATTERY CAPACITY/LOAD TESTING: Batteries are capacity and load tested to ensure they test at the rated voltage and have enough capacity to meet your needs. The read-out capacities are listed on the battery as pictured or per the read-out screen. To test, a load is imposed on the battery until the battery shuts off per the battery management system. The read-out shows the results at the end of the testing and if voltage is shown, the ending voltage is not indicative of the true starting voltage. Our experience is that generic batteries can vary widely (often times lower) then their published/marked specifications. All batteries are checked to ensure they provide the necessary operating voltage.

CHARGERS: A battery in need of charge is checked for voltage, placed on charger for a period of time or until charger indicates as full, and then voltage is rechecked to ensure it charging.

SAFETY STUFF: Follow manufacturer recommendations for use as indicated in the owners manual or otherwise; Owners manuals available online or reach out here to see if we have one. Confirm item(s) is/are in safe operating condition prior to use. Please return within 30-days for free if the item does not meet any performance, safety, or function requirements. Sold as-is.
