This pendant is 1 3/16" tall, including the loop. The piece is gold tone metal in the form of a hypodermic needle used by a doctor or nurse. It is accented with white enamel. The pendant is in new condition, but does not have a jump loop. This item will ship without tracking to conserve costs. There are no maker's marks. Thank you.
