Have Not Received The Item Yet?

We will also like to request you to allow 10 working days from the dispatch of your order before you get in touch regarding delay in receiving of your item. Further we will recommend you to check the following things:            

1. Have you checked with your neighbors if it has not been left with them? 
2. Has it been left outside your house in a safe place in case if the parcel was big for your letter box?
3. Have you checked with your local sorting office to see if any package has been returned to them as being undelivered?

If you have checked the above and you still do not have the item, please do not worry at all - we will not back down until we can offer the absolute satisfaction. You are requested get in touch with us via the eBay messaging system so we can offer you further assistance and resolve the situation for you.           

Wish To Return An Item?

14 days returns policy if the item you received is defect or damaged.  If for any reason we receive an item back and is not as stated, we will charge a 30% restock fee. Kindly pack the item securely and get in touch with us so we can pass on to you the return procedure for the items. Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post office when you send it. Proof of Postage does not cost anything however without it we may not be able to process your return which may result in the item being returned to.
