I feel asking price is fair standing firm until both carts sold

I have my reasons for NOT shipping to apartments anymore. I ask that you please respect. If buy will be promptly refunded. Don't appreciate unfair neutral / negative feedback because you "buyer" didn't read description carefully / thoroughly :)

Take GREAT PRIDE in ebay selling. Price includes shipping. Paying close to $6 now. Last one I sold for 34.99 but with everything going UP have to raise prices a little bit. Several reasons for five dollar increase :)

* Gas going UP. Might consider lowering prices in the future but not until gas prices come down a little bit

* Solder iron / solder / Batteries all these things cost money to keep stocked. Cost gets passed onto consumer that's how business works ;) Don't give new Batteries for FREE sorry

* Shipping has gone UP a lot in the past 30+ years. It has DOUBLED from when I first started 20 years ago. Aren’t going back down

* Game is almost 40 years old. Time for org stock batteries to be replaced :)

If can't afford 1 to 2 retro / modern games a year then shouldn't be playing video games. Not my problem. Even with struggling economy budgeting just like everyone else. I had to buy switch 2 NOW May 8th vs Christmas because Nintendo just announced $50 increase takes effect September 1st. Gave mom original switch :) am I surprised NOPE because Microsoft & Sony already raised theirs....

Physical- you own it and X game has value :)

Switch online- you own NOTHING

Found out mom will need “cataract surgery” requiring specialist approval first. If doesn’t sell by _ whenever scheduled date is listing will be taken down temporarily. Relist later

May 28: meet with doctor to get “ok” for surgery. Then schedule date for procedure

A. Need to watch mom during first few days of her recovery. Like she did for me :) pain wasn't really that bad 1 to 3 days "nausea" worse thing which they give you medicine for

B. Not walking to and from local post office in this southern summer heat

Was born in 1983. 1987 was only 3 years old. Hadn't turned 4 yet :) I hope upcoming live action movie doesn't flop. Even though 13 episode 1989 anime was "cheesy" I still liked it :) just sucks that it ended without a proper conclusion :(

Gaming has NEVER been a "CHEAP" hobby. Even though people like to think that it is... Before PlayStation & original Xbox at 299 Most consoles launch prices were under $200 which was FAIR for 1985 and Atari 2600 before that 1977 given minimum wage & cost of living at the time. If are expecting low ball offer that’s NOT going to happen. Zelda is a popular series. Zelda games HOLD majority of their resell value. Same with Mario :)

Sorry but don't give refunds for X game non working on clone machines because as you can see works just fine on official hardware. Plus have blinking light win installed which FIXES original VCR tray design flaw :)

I clean game making sure they “WORK” before listing for sale. I stand by pricing

* On official Nintendo Amazon page they want $25 MORE vs what I’m asking :( guarantee theirs still has stock battery not NEW one :( Nintendo & retro game stores aren't going to spend MONEY on new batteries & soldering equipment :( They much rather spend money / resources pushing switch 2

* dkoldies wants $10 MORE than Plus shipping :( with me shipping cost already included + new battery :)

Getting back into selling after 3 month hiatus

* Had cataract surgery (both eyes) glad didn't wait because can get worse if not promptly treated :)

* I won't go FULL STEAM 100% selling until get reading glasses. Sucks because "growth" was my main resolution for 2026 :( I had to use magnifying glass to see doing switch 2 initial set up & data transfer :(

* FLU "yes this years strain was TERRIBLE" :( :(

1. right eye surgery delayed partly for THAT reason

2. left eye pressure shot up to "70" had to get under control before GO AHEAD for right eye :) also didn't help had uti infection week prior to left eye being done. Those 2 things COMBINED my body just couldn't fight off flu infection

* clone machines use emulation referred to as NOAC "NES on a chip"

* don't have 100% full compatibility. Battletoads & Castlevania III didn't work on a lot of early cone machines

* for $40+ they're cheaply made NOT built to last. Bought years ago one as TEST UNIT. Broke within 6 months of use :( NEVER AGAIN :)

when first started selling 20+ years ago shipping was around $3 to 3.50 NOT ANYMORE... Standing FIRM on price. Shipping has gone UP a lot in past 30 years, I ship ON TIME. I have no control in shipping speed of item arriving to you. People need to understand how estimated arrival works. In certain circumstances am PROTECTED by ebay

* severe bad weather affecting delay of package to buyer

I put this into my descriptions ever since 2017. Don't try to pull "unauthorized transaction" mess with me because is something I absolutely will not tolerate and I will report any buyer who tries that on me
