Vintage Ashtrays from Germany~Birds with Mouths Opened Lot of 6 Some Red Eyes

These ashtrays were purchased at an estate sale of an elderly women (almost 90) that passed away.  Her son said that his dad brought them back from Germany for her.  He thinks they are made of pewter but unsure of the material.  Lot of 6.  Some have red eyes/some the red has worn off.
