This is new old stock — the diagonal itself has never been used or installed. The original box shows cosmetic wear from age and storage only.

Older Japan-made Meade accessories are highly regarded for their superior optical quality compared to later production. UHTC coatings provide brighter, higher-contrast views and are ideal for serious amateur astronomers.

Perfect upgrade or replacement diagonal for SCT, Maksutov, and refractor telescopes that accept a 2″ diagonal.
