Shimano Exage HB-RM50 FH-HG50 Hubs. Araya & Alesa rims. These aren't quite the same but look very similar.

Standard 9mm quick release.

Rim brakes. 

Both wheels have a 2-3 mm side to side wobble

Both hubs are spinning. A front feels gritty, suspect old grease. A service is recommended due to no service history.
