This is an old Tibetan Silver Front GAU (also called Little Buddha House). Excellent condition! The Buddha is covered with clear glass. There is Tripitaka (Buddhist texts) in the box. GAU Box is a Tibetan personal item and known as protector of life because it holds protective contents. It also comes with a silk/fabric case and strap. All are hand made! The GAU Box measures 5" high, 4 3/4" wide and 2" deep.
