Super rare possibly GLOBE MOON,  month duration,  CENTER seconds dead beat Antique Longcase clock movement works - super rare movement with drive for complication in the dial arch, possibly a globe moon. Centre seconds with dead beat pin pallet escapement. Date drive below the motion work. Small drums so possibly month duration. 

nice as found condition, rusty, tarnished, dirty, strike side works but rack gathering pallet is gone, pin pallets look replaced, red but don't look like jewels. The drive to the arch is slightly bent and has a work drive on it for whatever it used to drive. Has a seat board and pullys. has a bell stand, going side looks complete.
