I marked this as used since it’s been kicking around for so long but I think it maybe an unused sledge hammer head. I took close up photos so you could be the judge but I see factory milled striking faces. So maybe it’s new but the handle rotted away years ago or perhaps it was very lightly used, I’m not sure. But either way it’s in nice clean condition. The actual weight on it is 9lb 12oz
