I actually ordered this brochure through the mail in 1974 while still a senior in high school.

I was fascinated with the idea that you could order one of these homes by mail

and it would arrive by truck in numbered boxes and you could build it yourself.

After looking through this a few times I stashed it away in a filing cabinet.

It has been carefully stored in a smoke-free and pet-free environment for 52 years.

It is in wonderful shape with just some very minor edgewear from storage.

The four page price list is in NEAR MINT CONDITION.

But even more fascinating is the price list, where you can buy for $32,000

a beautiful home that would cost perhaps a million dollars or more now in 2026.
