This is a vintage ten piece set of General gasket punch set with red plastic locking case and it is no. 1270. Unfortunately, I do not know much about this item for it was amongst other items that I purchased at an estate auction years ago. Tag reads: General, No. 1270, Gasket Punch Set, Made in U.S.A. As seen in the pictures, case has discoloration and scratches, the 5/8" punch is missing.
