Triceratops (Triceratops horridus

Triceratops horridus was a large herbivorous dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period, around 68–66 million years ago. It is one of the most recognisable dinosaurs, known for its three horns and large bony frill at the back of its skull.

This species roamed what is now North America and used its horns likely for defence against predators such as Tyrannosaurus rex, as well as for display and competition within its own species.

Triceratops teeth were arranged in dense dental batteries, perfectly adapted for slicing through tough prehistoric vegetation. Fossil teeth, like the one offered here, are fascinating remnants of this iconic dinosaur and are highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts.
