Up for sale is a beautiful original Art Deco double arm lamp base dating to the 1920s-1930s. This stunning piece features the classic geometric angular design with decorative triangular fan shaped arms that are synonymous with the Art Deco movement of that era.
This lamp base features a gorgeous jadeite green ceramic accent piece at the center column which was a highly sought after design element during this period. The base is cast brass or pot metal with original gold finish showing wonderful patina and age appropriate wear consistent with a 100 year old piece.
The original brown cloth wrapped wiring is still intact and present. As with all vintage lamps of this age, rewiring by a qualified electrician is recommended before use.
