Sized XS this fits a 0/2/4 max (due to stretch) 

There is a real shape to the cups of the bust that is very flattering because of the elastic and then it can be worn at the bust or around the waist as a skirt. It's an ideal beach or summer dress very versatile. 

This is in excellent condition without any issue as it was not worn and now I do not fit it
