Hello, the product was sold as shown in the video and photos. However, it was returned by the customer stating that the does not turn on at all. After checking, the power supply indeed does not provide any output and the unit is currently not working.

Even if you install a new power supply, you may still encounter the issues shown below and in the video.

Hello, this is a customer return product. When it arrived the hotend was clogged and it has been replaced. The printer was only tested for auto leveling.

As shown there is an issue. Previously, while printing the same model, they adjusted the offset and slightly scratched the build plate. You can see it in the photos. I am not sure if it can be corrected with the offset adjustment because one part of the print looks good while another part has a problem. Sold as shown. Please refer to the photos and video.
