🔧 What's Included:

⏱ 1 - 2 day turnaround per single order. Multiple quantity orders may require additional time.
📦 Fresh packaging - new shipping box and bubble wrap for single controller orders. Multiple quantity orders will reuse the buyer's original packing box + new bubble wrap.
📦 Shipping Process:
I will message you as soon as possible, to arrange shipment of your controllers. Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Provide a message with the tracking number, as soon as you ship your controllers.
Carefully package your controllers in a proper sized box (8" x 6" x 4" parcel box to a single controller is ideal) with adequate bubble wrap, to ensure safe transit. Multiple quantity orders will require a larger box.
Please DO NOT package anything other than the controller which service is intended for.
Upon receipt of controllers, they're inspected and tested before and after each service.
After servicing is completed, the buyer is notified, and the controller is shipped back to the buyer. Return shipping is already pre-paid through the purchase order.
NOTE:
I only service OEM-based, Sony PlayStation 5 DualSense controllers. Scuf Gaming, AimControllers, HexGaming, Battle Beaver, and other custom hardware controllers will not be accepted for servicing, will be immediately returned to you at your expense, and result in cancellation of order.
Please do not send out controllers with pre-existing damage or defects other than stick drift, otherwise the controllers will immediately be returned as originally shipped without servicing, and result in a cancellation of order.
