Repair service involves you sending in a board for repair and then shipped back to you at no charge.

This is a flat rate testing and repair service, we will attempt to repair any problem with the board within that price as long as the board we receive meets our requirements.

The board we receive must be physically intact and must have not been tampered with or serviced before.

Customer is responsible for S&H costs to our facility.

Once the repair service is purchased, an automated ebay message is sent out with shipping and packaging details.

Unrepairable Boards: If your board cannot be repaired, we will contact you to initiate a refund. 

No repair fee will be charged; however, you are responsible for return shipping and handling fees. 

A full refund is available if we recycle your board.

Misdiagnosed/Working Boards: 

If you send a board that is found to be in working condition due to a wrong diagnosis, a 

testing fee of $45.00 will apply to cover administrative time and eBay fees. 

The remaining portion of your purchase price (excluding return shipping) will be refunded.

Repair handling time: 

A normal repair can be completed within 1-2 BUSINESS days while a extensive repair can take 2-10 Business Days.
