Although it’s preowned and has water damage. (Which you can see, on the back of the print and the edges/corners.) it is very rare.

At the bottom center, it reads “Robert Charles Howe” (the artist’s signature), and on the bottom right it shows the title and copyright line.

🎨 The artwork is called:

“Break Time” (1976) by Robert Charles Howe

• Bottom right corner: shows “© R.C.H. Gallery 1976”

• Two workers sitting inside a pipe/tunnel

• Eating/lunch break moment

• Painted in a Norman Rockwell–style realism (which Howe was known for)

This is one of Howe’s more collectible prints because:

• It captures working-class Americana (a common theme in his work).

Robert Charles Howe’s career was relatively short.
