There is a $1.50 minimum per order rule for items on penny auction. That is per order and not per item. Meaning all items in a paid order must be equal to or greater than the per order amount of $1.50. Any order that is paid for and is below the per order amount of $1.50 will be cancelled and refunded. I do not cancel unpaid bids for 7 days so that should be enough time for a person to reach that minimum if they chose too. I will ship up 3 items for the minimum per order amount of $1.50. After that any order with 4 to.8 items the minimum per order amount goes to $3. 9-14 items the minimum is $4.50. Orders with 15-40 items the minimum is $9. 41-100 items the minimum is $18
