The CAP Vac-Man Stretch Armstrong Stretchable Action Figure is a vintage toy manufactured in 1994 by CAP Toys.

It is in used condition with marks as seen. it does pump and stretch but quickly releases pressure. There is a small hole in the foot.

The box is included but is in poor condition. please see pictures for details of damage.
