Immense magnets administer the most accurate voice-coil control, using long, low-carbon extended poles for the greatest coil excursion and power handling. This solid, non-vented pole piece provides high mass for optimal cooling during continued use.

At such high excursion, the components are engineered to perform under such stress. Large-diameter, progressive-roll spiders maintain precise control during long coil throw. Heavy-duty ribbon-wire speaker leads intertwine with the spider for the best reliability.
