For Customers in the United States
All U.S. orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning all import duties and taxes are prepaid. No additional charges will be collected upon delivery.

For Customers in the European Union (EU)
Orders under EUR 150: VAT is collected by eBay during checkout, so no extra payment is required upon delivery.
Orders over EUR 150: VAT and customs duties may be charged by your local customs authority upon arrival.

For Customers Outside the U.S. and EU
Import duties, taxes, or VAT may apply upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Since we are shipping products in the order purchased, we cannot respond to requests for faster shipping.

Compatibility Check

If you are not sure if a part fits your vehicle, please send us your VIN number.
We will confirm compatibility whenever possible.
Please note: compatibility may not be verifiable for vehicles not sold in Japan.

Shipping

We use DHL / FedEx for international delivery.

Handling Time: Please allow up to 10 business days as items are carefully packed by a welfare support service facility.
However, most orders ship within 5 business days.

Delivery usually takes about 1 week after shipment, but delays may occur due to customs or carrier schedules.

Inspection

All items are carefully inspected before shipment.
If any defect is found, we request an exchange from the manufacturer and only ship non-defective items.
If you notice any defect after receiving your item, please contact us immediately.

Payment

We accept payment only through eBay Managed Payments.
If you wish to cancel before shipment, please contact us and we will process the cancellation if possible.
