This is a BRAND NEW CD and is factory sealed, but has promo hole near barcode.  Doesn't effect cd.  Please see photos for exactly what you are bidding on .. I use a scanner/phone for photos and sometimes there is "shadowing", but it is only the scanner/phone, not the item.  If you have any questions before bidding, please ask.  Please see my other auctions, as sending multiple items is pretty cheap.
