Terms Of Sale

·         All items are sold in “as-is” condition and are described to the best of our ability. The condition is our opinion only; all pertinent questions should be asked PRIORto bidding/buying. 

·         Most items sold are vintage and presumed to be “used”, unless stated otherwise. Normal wear and tear to be expected. 

·         Please view and study all photos carefully as they are an integral part of the description. Once a bid has been placed, you are agreeing to all terms and condition. 

Payment

·         A maximum of 4 days is set for payment. Please be sure to complete payment within that period. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the item and an unpaid item case against your account.

·         We are interested in serious bidders/buyers only. Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay. 

Shipping

·         Handling time is 1 to 2 business days after receiving cleared payment. (Handling excludes weekends and public holidays within the US).

·         Tracking will be provided when it becomes available.

·         For international shipping, please contact us directly as shipping charges vary. 

Returns

·         Returns are accepted.

·         Buyer must contact us within 30 days after the item is received.

·         Item must be returned in unworn and resalable condition.

·         We will only issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees.

·         Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
