The lid of this box is made of leopard wood and features a metal alloy seahorse knob. The base of the box is Mexican rosewood and contains two velvet inserts, one in green and one in red as well as the original paper insert by the maker with details about the box and the wood. There is also the original business card of the maker. The paper items are slightly water damaged. Box is marked on the bottom, Hand Crafted by John G Caulfield.

Condition: Good vintage condition. There is some corrosion on the seahorse and the water damage on the paper inserts. The remainder of the box is in really lovely condition.
