This sale is for ONE replacement weight plate. It is the #5 plate which is the largest of the five and sits in the last position from the outside of the dumbbell. This is an original authentic Bowflex product and the part number is 002-2069. 

These all have a small crack in the plastic right below the metal tab. The crack is in the outer plastic case only and does not affect the metal tab in anyway. The metal tab is connected to the core metal inside of the plate not the outer plastic. These cracks tends to usually happen when the dumbbell is dropped but doesn't affect its use. The metal tab is still in tact and they work as they should.

This is for the Series 2 (will not work with Series 1 weights) of the Bowflex 552 model. The difference between the series is the Series 1 handle has the word Bowflex written on a gray piece and the Series 2 the word Bowflex is written on a red piece.
