SMALL FOR 7 and under

1. Put the mouth guard into water to176°F-194°F (80°C-90°C). 2. Soak in water for 45-55 seconds until soft. 3. Take out the mouthguard to cool for 5 seconds and then fix it in the mouth and press the center and edges of the mouthguard with your fingers until the molding. 4. If mouthguard fits to your mouth, clean it and put into cold water for 10 seconds. let the mouth guard cool and shrink, fit on your teeth.
