All items that accept returns have free return shipping for 30 days, and we will fully reimburse you. However, the item must be in the same condition as it was sent. (If it was shipped in excellent condition/unopened it must be the same when it is shipped back) Similarly, tested electronics must be in the same condition as it was shipped. (Do not ship extra batteries) In cases of partial damage, partial refunds may be arranged at our discretion.
***Note: if the package was damaged during transport, refunds can be collected from the postal service. If you are worried, take a picture of the box/package before cutting the tape & please contact us quickly to file shipping damage claims.

PLEASE READ OUR SHIPPING POLICY BEFORE PURCHASE
We use USPS Parcel Select Ground shipping which arrives on average within 5-9 business days and USPS Priority Mail Shipping which averages 1-5 business days. Although both methods can take longer.
As the post office is closed Sunday and only open for a few hours on Saturday, weekend and Friday purchases may not be shipped until Monday.
If you want a different shipping method, leave us a message with the desired shipping and we will send you an updated invoice with your shipping method included.
