This Sony ICF-403L is in Excellent working and cosmetic condition, it has been tested with batteries (not included), The LCD display is working and shows the radio scanning for stations, but there is no sound from the radio. It is from the 1990's a very nice little Sony radio, Boxed, Made in Japan
