Note to the buyer:
We sourced these laboratory items from a closed out auction. Many of these were not used because, we were told the instructor quit shortly after they purchased these laboratory instruments. Some items were there for years and they have discoloration from outside. But they are still functional. If there are any issues, we mention them right here in the description. Therefore, it is always advised to read the description before considering buying.

Our shipping policy: We ship to all states in the USA. At this point in time, we seldom sell internationally (But it seems that eBay offers our products to the international community on behalf of us.) We ship every weekday. For the most items sold, will be the same-day shipping. Some we ship the next day if the order was put after 10:00 am, and We won't ship Saturday, Sunday and Postal holidays. Delays may be due to some complications either with the transaction or carrier, or even due to the actions of mother nature. Due to recent changes in USPS and eBay policies, shipping costs have risen up. Our best interest is to relieve our customers from overburdening them by these price hikes. Therefore, we sometimes share the shipping cost with you and sometimes we may ship items over a different carrier than mentioned in the listing to lower the shipping cost. If there is any concern about shipping or shipping costs, please contact us via eBay and the best would be prior to purchasing.
Payments: Most payments are due immediately. If you fail to pay within 7 days the transaction will automatically be cancelled. However, we know that most of our buyers pay immediately, and it is a good thing because we can ship the items fast. We do not ship anything until the payments are cleared by eBay. We also ship only to the addresses verified by eBay. If for some reason the buyer does not pay within 7 days, we will have to mark that transaction as "unpaid". That may hurt the reputation of you as the buyer. So, please make sure that you pay the dues within 7 days Thank you for doing business with us.
Feedback: We strive for 5-star feedback because we strongly believe that we provide 5-star customer service. If there are any issues with your order please contact us via the eBay messaging system. We will do our best to resolve your issue as fast as we can, preferably within 24 h. Contact us before opening any cases with eBay, unless of course, you got a completely different item you have ordered or it is dysfunctional.
Returns: For most of the items (products), We offer a 30-day return option, and most of the time it is free to the buyer. However, we cannot accept returns on these items because we do not have facilities to restock them. That is why we are asking you to know and be sure what you are buying before spending money on them.
