Book is in good condition, pages are tight and clean. Nice signature with scripture reference on front endpage. Some very slight discoloration due to age on front and back endpages.  Boards are nice, show some light wear and fading to edges, corners and top and bottom of spine. Very small spot above title on spine.  DJ shows wear, there are tears and wear, but fully in tact.  Sticker from used book store on back cover.  Leaving as is.  Protected with mylar cover.
