Payment Terms
Payment is to be received within 3 days after the auction closes. If we have not received contact or payment from you following the auction, your item(s) may be subject to re listing. We accept the following payment methods PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Shipping Terms
Items can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii using USP, however be aware that we surcharge for UPS shipments .You must enter your zip code into the shipping and handling section and click Get Rates in order to determine your actual shipping charges.
Please Note: If your item is shipping via UPS Ground you will need to provide us with a physical address. UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Orders
All items must be paid within our 3-day payment policy (see under "Accepted Payment Methods"). If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery time you should contact us as soon as possible by email to help resolve the issue. All items match the exact descriptions in the photos listed. Orders with a value of $100 or more will require an adult signature at delivery, no exceptions.

Return Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products from Ultimate Power Sports. In order to be eligible for a refund you must return the item (is) in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and is required to complete a “Mutual Agreement to Cancel the Transaction Form” through eBay. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
If the product is damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund. If the item you purchased was misrepresented by us or damaged in shipping, you should email us as soon as possible after receiving your item. Returns require our approval and return authorization and must be returned to us before we can issue your refund. Please note: we record serial numbers to discourage fraud.
Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days.

Please Note: Items shipped to a US address, which are then forwarded internationally; need to be inspected thoroughly by the buyer BEFORE forwarding. Once they are shipped internationally, we will not offer any support if items are damaged in transit. If the item were listed incorrectly, the return shipping charges would only be covered within the United States, and only if we are notified within the return policy period.
