Scarce Pictorial Stoneware Old Ink Bottle.
Here’s a scarce pictorial stoneware bottle, the trade mark although smudged is TWO MONKS PAINTING A DOOR, with the words BLACKFRIARS BRAND, see pictures. This bottle features on page 27 of Guy Burch’s Ink Book, rated uncommon. Clear PRICE BRISTOL, potters mark to side see pictures. Approximately 5.5 inches tall, in very good clean condition, light burial marks, no chips or cracks.
