Here is a Concise 28 N Circular Slide Rule, marked "Smith's" and "Smith Welding Equipment". It is made of plastic. The sliderule is in excellent condition, and doesn't appear to have been used. The case shows signs of age, use, and storage, including some kind of substance on the back side. The paper instructions have some folds, creases, and other marks.
