*International shipping:Incomplete names such as initials, abbreviations are NOT acceptable by shipping. Buyer needs to provide FULL Name (Real Name) of a recipient First & Last Name.
*US buyer: For Expedited shipping (DHL Express): We don't ship to PO BOX, NO PO BOX please because DHL cannot ship or deliver to USPS Post office box (PO BOX), don't use suite or unit for PO BOX.
Shipping: All order will be shipped from Japan after cleared payment is confirmed and item(s) are released from Disney Store Japan for Pre-Order item. A signature may be required upon delivery. Please be aware that a signature may be required upon delivery depending on the selected shipping method. If you are unable to go to the post office to collect your package, we kindly ask that you refrain from purchasing from us.

We usually ship within 3 business days after item is released at Disney Store Japan (for Pre-Order items) and cleared payment is confirmed. Business days are Japan Time Monday to Friday excluding Japanese national holidays. Japan Holidays: March 20, April 29, May 3-6, July 20, August 11, September 22~23 etc.
There may some delays in delivery due to Customs clearance delay, busy season, weather, etc... We have no control over delay. Thank you for understanding. For buyers outside the US, VAT, Import taxes, Customs fee and clearance fee are NOT included, and those charge are buyer's responsibility (recipient's responsibility)
Lowest international shipping & handling fee is included to the item price, so Actual shipping fee (Japan Post postage or DHL fee and shipping material fee/handling fee) is different from this item S&H fee. Actual shipping & Handling fee is non-refundable. In case the package is returned to me, there is 17% restocking fee.
The package would be held at post office or DHL when no one is there to sign for on delivery. Tracking number & shipping company will be notified once package is shipped in Japan. In case you cannot go to post office to collect your item or arrange for redelivery with DHL or your carrier quickly, please refrain from buying from me. Thank you for understanding.
