ATTENTION BUYERS:  Please read before purchasing items.   eBay GIA authenticators use XRF (Xray Fluorescence) equipment to test the purity of the metals which is a more advanced method than the acid testing and digital gold testers that we currently use in the market.   It is common sometimes for vintage items pre-1980 to test lower on the metal purity because the Plumb Gold Act was not enacted until 1981, but before then manufacturers were allowed to stamp the item rounding up the purity to the nearest gold standard marking.  If this happens the authenticators will fail the inspection and notify the seller and the buyer, so the buyer will decide if they still want to proceed with the transaction.

This beautiful watch is solid yellow gold stamped 14K Italy.  The watch is a Hamilton vintage diamond watch that has 16 genuine natural diamonds that total approximately 1.00 carat, VS1-VS2 in clarity, G-H in color.  The watch has a hand winding mechanism that is working good and keeps accurate time.  The watch has been appraised by a GIA Certified Master Graduate Gemologist and the full report will be included with the watch.  The replacement value of this watch is $9,274.03.  The watch is 6.5" in length, and the band is 17.5mm in width with a folding clasp and safety chain.

Due to ebay managing payments, payments are due at checkout using the ebay payment methods available to you at checkout.  ebay will automatically collect taxes on all items where they apply as per goverment rules.  TEXAS RESIDENTS WILL PAY ADDITIONAL 8.25% TAX AT CHECKOUT.

Shipping

US BUYERS:  All items will have Delivery Confirmation within the U.S.  At the buyer's expedited overnight shipping is only available for an additional charge according to current courier service charges.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  Items shipped internationally will be sent via ebay standard international, if you want expedited shipping contact seller before purchasing for shipping costs.  Shipping costs will be according to the current ongoing postal service rates.  It will take approximately 10 - 15 days for Priority International to arrive to their destination depending on your location.  I will not be responsible for any items lost in transit after they leave the US and no refunds will be issued, so you are buying at your own risk. If you want items insured or tracked, please contact seller before you make your payment since the cost will be much higher. Will combine shipping for 2 or more items depending on size and weight.  Due to individual countries restrictions it makes it difficult to ship internationally. 

I try to ship items as quickly as possible.  The sooner you pay for the item, the sooner it will be shipped to you.

Terms of Sale

The items in my auctions and store have been pre-owned; some of them are antique, vintage, and modern. Some items have been in my family's jewelry collection and some were obtained from Estate, and other Sales. The items are of excellent quality and well manufactured. The diamonds have been tested for authenticity. I am not a professional jeweler, but have described the items to the best of my knowledge, and sometimes I seek the help of jewelers. The items are also in excellent wearable condition, offered to you at very low prices. Also keep in mind that since these are pre-owned items some items may have tiny scrapes or chips on the stones that may have been there originally or may have been caused by normal wear.  Please note that the color of the gemstones may vary from different electronic devices and may look a little darker or lighter than the actual color.  A few of my items come with appraisals from a GIA Graduate Master Gemologist.  Feel free to take the items you purchase to your jeweler for evaluation, I know that they are worth much more than the listed price.

RETURN POLICY:
 I absolutely do my best to describe all items with details as I see them, and include enlarged photos to help you with your purchase. The items are priced very reasonably and my sales are final.  If you don't think you would like the item when you receive it, please don't buy it. When you receive your items, please inspect them right away and if you have any concerns in the event the item is defective or "not as described", please e-mail me right away. The items must be returned within seven (7) days from the date they were received. After that time, I will assume that you are satisfied with your purchase.  If a refund is needed, shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded.
 
RING SIZING:  Please understand that all ring sizers are not the same and sometimes ring size may not be 100% accurate.  Buyer is responsible for the cost of sizing the items purchased and no refunds will be issued for sizing.
