When you order you will receive 8 black clips 3D printed from durable plastic These clips are a drop-in repair solution for the 2011-4 Mustang. they are modelled based on the factory clip dimensions, but beefed up in the right spots to make them more durable when reinstalled.

Installation Tips:

Ensure the cutouts on the decklid are free from any glue that is left over when the decklid backing plate and cover are assembled at the factory. Secure in place with heat-resistant tape or plastic-friendly epoxy. You may want to consider welding the clips to the mounting plate for added strength. When fitting the cover back on the trunk, I also added a perimeter of 3M automotive 1.8mm foam tape to keep everything in place.
